Key Responsibilities:
- Lead LCMS product demonstrations showcasing Thermo Scientific's latest mass spectrometry products, highlighting their cutting-edge technology and innovative features.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers before and after sales, ensuring seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Develop new applications using Thermo Scientific LCMS offerings, leveraging your expertise in proteomics and mass spectrometry to drive business growth.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Create informative tools and deliver them effectively, communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Independently tackle challenging problems, utilizing your analytical skills and expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Prioritize projects effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proteomics experience, with a strong background in mass spectrometry and LCMS instrumentation.
- Master's degree required, PhD preferred, with a focus on proteomics or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on LCMS experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing new applications.
- Experience with proteomics LCMS workflows, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 20% within North America, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
