Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance functions across multiple business units, including monthly close management, budget preparation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly close process, including journal approval, sub schedule preparation, and reporting package review
  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual budgets, as well as reforecasting within tight deadlines
  • Review revenue by client with Revenue Director to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with IAS
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc financial reporting to management and Groupe
  • Oversee pivotal controls for audit purposes and collaborate with Client Finance teams to review AR/AP and other client-related matters
  • Review monthly analytics prepared by team on key processes, including revenue by client, receivables, revenue/media accruals, and payables, and share insights with SVP Finance and Finance Directors
  • Oversee relationships with internal and shared service teams to facilitate efficient day-to-day operations
  • Implement ERP enhancements and ensure team is properly trained on impacts to processes or month-end close tasks
  • Partner with sister agency teams on intercompany reporting to ensure proper elimination of intercompany transactions
  • Mentor FP&A teams on accounting best practices and continued process improvements to scale operations with growing businesses

Qualifications:

  • CPA/MBA
  • 6-8 years' experience

Good Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong FP&A experience with multiple business units and monthly consolidation
  • Ability to simplify complex reporting for Exec management
  • Experience with vendor contract and client contracts
  • Strong competency with complex ERP (SAP preferred) and other financial systems (HFM, Blackline, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience managing audits
  • Initiative to automate processes
  • Sales and Use Tax/Income Tax computational awareness

Compensation Range:

$143,000 - $225,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
