">The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within our agency.

">This role involves establishing customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will work closely with our State Farm independent contractor agent to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), organizational skills, self-motivation, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a team environment. Additionally, you must be able to effectively relate to customers, obtain a Property and Casualty license, and obtain a Life and Health license.
