Position: Lead Program Manager for Business Transformation

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 12 years in program and project management, with practical experience from project initiation to execution utilizing formal methodologies.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Lead Program Manager to become a vital part of our Business Transformation team within the Service, Delivery & Operations division. This position plays a key role in directing strategic program management, enhancing processes, and ensuring governance for business process reengineering (BPRE) initiatives. The ideal candidate will spearhead transformative projects designed to elevate customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Business Transformation initiatives within the Operations sector.
  • Formulate and execute phased strategies and adoption plans to guarantee alignment with the organization’s priorities and goals.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders, comprehending their requirements and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to devise effective solutions.
  • Develop and uphold project documentation in accordance with industry standards and pertinent regulations.
  • Guide team members in project management methodologies, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Deliver timely financial performance and forecasting reports, working closely with business and financial project managers.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to boost operational efficiencies and minimize costs.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business insight with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage coordination and execution at both strategic and detailed levels across multiple teams and projects.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in program and project management, with hands-on experience from project initiation to implementation using formal methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management, procurement, and finance systems such as MS Project, Ariba On Demand, and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the rail, airline, or transportation sectors is highly advantageous.
