Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively communicate with clients.\
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.\
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth.\
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.\

  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.\
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives.\

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.\
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.\
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.\
