Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the hotel's physical structure, performing routine maintenance activities, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Respond to guest requests for service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and ensuring that all concerns are addressed to the guest's satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
