Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Hospitality. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk team and ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train and develop front desk team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure that it is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk supervisor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
