Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at Riesterer & Schnell in Marion, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the service provided by the Parts Department and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and oversee the stock order process to ensure needed parts are on-hand.
- Supervise all department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in the farm equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving history.
