We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at Riesterer & Schnell in Marion, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the service provided by the Parts Department and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.

  • Supervise all department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements
