Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Marion Body Works. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Quality department and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance or engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Lean Certification and ISO Internal Auditor Certification
