Infrastructure Systems Specialist

**Job Overview**

As an Infrastructure Systems Specialist, you'll play a vital role in assisting with the production, implementation, and support of new and existing technologies in our Addison, Texas office. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll interface with both internal and external customers, problem-solving on a wide array of technical questions and issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Maintain a high level of customer service by answering business partner's calls, emails, and instant messages.
- Direct interaction with business partners to identify, research, document, design solutions, and resolve issues.
- Responsible for learning and providing contributions by understanding technical functionality, usability, design, security, and operation of supported systems.
- Independently research complex solutions in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**

- Associate or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant internship or professional experience in an IT customer service, IT support, or IT troubleshooting role or related experience.
- Ability to move 30 pounds as a physical requirement of the position.
- May be required to provide on-call support; occasional domestic travel will be required, including overnight stays.

**Estimated Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is $86,100 per year, based on the target base salary for a Non-Exempt position in the Addison, Texas area.

**Benefits**

- Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees, allowing for time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal, or short-term illness.
- Pension Eligible

**Work Environment**

- Coverage hours are 7am – 6pm CT. In-office hours are 8 am - 5 pm CT.
- Due to the hands-on nature of this work, this role will be working on-site in our Addison, Texas office with the potential of future flexibility.

**Salary Range Information**

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances, a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
