About the Role: As a School-Based Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing effective partnerships between schools and our program. You will facilitate intentional co-design strategies to create a new, school-centered family support program.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with school staff and families
  2. Coordinate outreach and engagement efforts
  3. Collaborate with program staff to implement program activities
  4. Supervise the Community Pathways Worker
  5. Participate in essential school-based meetings and events

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS/BSW or Master's degree in social work, education, or similar human services
  • Experience in partnership building, program implementation, and family engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
