Behavior Support Specialist

Our Behavior Support Specialists play a vital role in promoting healthy behaviors and providing psychoeducational supports in a client's home environment. To achieve this, we utilize evidence-based practices that focus on empowering families and building their strengths.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, as well as a minimum of one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Additionally, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position.

This full-time salary position offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience. Alternatively, fee-for-service options are also available, with hourly rates ranging from $25-$30.
