About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Consumer CRM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve customer experience, revenue streams, and customer churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, customer service, legal, sales, and marketing to design and implement strategies to improve churn and deliver higher Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) from our customer base.
  • Partner with the analytics team to deliver post-project analysis on the effectiveness of initiatives and programs, and determine adjustments based on findings.
  • Analyze current customer targeting strategies and performance trends to support optimal next-best actions and related testing.
  • Work with forecasting managers to deliver historical trends and other related assumptions to build more timely and accurate forecasting models based on the initiatives you design.
  • Present strategy and initiative recommendations to business partners and executives, and build executive-level presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of marketing and/or project management experience required.
  • Experience with marketing strategy and CRM.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills.
  • Ability to work on and prioritize multiple initiatives, incorporating change management as it occurs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $176,000.
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year.
