The Sr. Operations Director is a pivotal role responsible for driving operational strategy across the entirety of the Business Unit. Reporting directly to the President, this role is tasked with analyzing and predicting financial results and developing strategies to drive EBITDA and mitigate risks. Additionally, this role identifies and develops strategies for plant consolidations, supply chain optimization, inventory control, and capacity increase across the Business Unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of related experience in Manufacturing and Operations Management, particularly in continuous operations and capital-intensive operations. Proven history of leading manufacturing operations successfully.
  • Track record of safety dedication and driving/supporting safety improvements.
  • Involvement in supply chain, quality, safety, engineering, planning, and logistics activities.
  • Experience with Lean, Total Productive Maintenance, and/or Six Sigma tools.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
  • Experience prioritizing capital projects and establishing annual business plans.
  • Skilled in financial analysis of operational performance.
