We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Professional Services team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development in our tax services, building strategic partnerships, and providing advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Capabilities: Manage the publication of tax intellectual property, build relationships with subject matter experts, and manage an RSM enterprise team to generate and review communications.
- Collaboration: Design programs that tie together capabilities and collaboration, manage logistics for events, and provide project management direction for execution of in-person and virtual workshops.
- Client Development: Facilitate conversations between RSM and client contacts, provide management and coordination of technical consultation requests, and follow-up communication and action item development.
- Education: BA/BS Degree in Accounting or related field of study, CPA, EA, LLM, or licensed JD.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a public accounting environment, experience preparing and reviewing tax returns, and experience with a national or large regional accounting firm.
- Skills: Strong tax technical skills, working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance, and ability to work closely with other tax professionals.
- Education: Masters of Tax or Accounting.
- Experience: Industry specialization in professional services environment.
