About the Role

EisnerAmper is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, developing business strategies, and fostering professional growth within our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team and foster strong client relationships
  • Prospect and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable business
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment that values exceptional client service and tax expertise
  • Directly engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions
  • Provide training and supervision to staff members
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field
  • 8+ years of tax compliance experience, specialization in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation
  • Recent Public Accounting experience
  • CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required
