Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at EisnerAmper. As a key member of our Tax Group, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients and driving business growth through innovative tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze complex federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
- Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
- Draft emails and memos to communicate tax insights and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
- Develop and deliver Firm-wide trainings on federal income tax topics.
- Conduct Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
- 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
- J.D. required (Tax LL.M. preferred).
- Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).
