About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at the Florence Project. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing support and services to immigrant children who have been released from ORR/Federal care to Arizona. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $56,908.80 - $76,961.54 DOE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain case plans with clear and concise documentation.
  • In collaboration with legal staff, develop and implement case plans to address clients' pressing social needs.
  • Facilitate referrals to non-legal services, including housing, medical, mental health, vocational, and educational services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff attorneys, assisting with scheduling meetings and gathering information for legal cases.
  • Accompany clients to USCIS or ICE appointments as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work (MSW).
  • Fluency or advanced proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to assess situations, develop client-centric case plans, and respond to crises.
  • Proven skills in achieving focused outcomes.
  • Ability to connect clients with resources and build positive relationships.
