Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for conducting territory sales visits, following up with current customers, and using established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct territory sales visits offering our excavation or water restoration services.
  • Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
  • Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required.
