Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

UWorld is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing new business opportunities in our College Readiness division.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions.
  • Source new sales opportunities through research and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to process quotes and close sales.
  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline using various channels, including email, phone, and trade shows.
  • Work with our training and implementation team to manage post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to our cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in education technology, SaaS, or publishing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
