  • Oversee the scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics of assigned projects or tasks.
  • Direct and manage resources necessary for the execution of project tasks.

Management Duties:

  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational management for assigned projects, including oversight of contracts and subcontractors.
  • Supervise project staff, which may include subordinate supervisors and managers.

Project Development:

  • Create technical project plans, proposals, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Engage in high-level technical services as required for assigned tasks.
  • Conduct planning sessions and offer recommendations to clients regarding task workloads.
  • Oversee the risk management process to ensure project integrity.

Client Interaction:

  • Participate in client meetings and act as the primary liaison for client communications.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and client personnel on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinate the development of deliverables and project outputs.
  • Ensure quality assurance measures are in place for all project deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on relevant technologies and industry trends.
  • Engage in special projects as necessary.
  • Assess future project needs and devise strategies for upcoming work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a related field.
  • Active Department of Defense security clearance; TS/SCI clearance preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a medium to large team or department with a focus on multiple areas of medium to high complexity.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
