We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at OWN, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing municipal, commercial, and subdivision projects.

As a Project Engineer at OWN, Inc., you will be responsible for collaborating with the team to complete assigned projects on time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also facilitate and contribute to the development of project plans and designs, conduct cost analysis, and prepare and implement project budgets.

In addition, you will perform risk assessments, report identified risks to management, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. You will also address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project, serving as a point of contact for stakeholders.

As a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Active PE license.
  • Experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or related field.
  • Experience in management, leading multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Experience with managing municipal, commercial, and subdivision projects.
  • Proven success in leading teams and managing projects.
