Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair of sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pump systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and operational product manuals
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with district staff and customers
  • Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures
  • Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and be willing to travel
Requirements
  • Experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry
  • Ability to work in unusual positions, climb ladders, and work at heights
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation schedule
