As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization from legal and financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that addresses industry regulations and internal controls.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance incidents and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance integration and provide training on regulatory policies.
Governance and Compliance:

You will be responsible for ensuring that Educational Solutions Company maintains accreditation documentation with Cognia and ensures timely submission of ODE requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate outside inspections and maintain current licenses and background checks for staff members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
