About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ethics and Compliance Risk Assessment Specialist to join our team at Toyota Material Handling. This role will be responsible for assisting the Ethics & Compliance Team in advancing our risk assessment and management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance and Risk Management Program: Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a comprehensive governance and risk management program that integrates risk assessments, training, and issue management.
  • Risk Management Program: Develop and maintain an ethics and compliance risk management program to ensure the TINA Ethics & Compliance Program meets its objectives and maintains integrity.
  • Monitoring Program Management: Enhance and manage the monitoring program, document processes, engage with stakeholders, and oversee reporting.
  • Training Materials: Design and implement engaging training materials on policy governance.
Requirements
  • Post-high school / Secondary Degree (e.g., Graduate/Post-Graduate, Bachelor's Degree)
  • 10+ years' experience in risk management, policy management, governance, framework development, strategy, process improvement, or project management.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
