Job Summary

The IS Database Developer II is a key role in maturing CareOregon's database and ETL development model. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining database and ETL processes, as well as recommending and partnering in the design and development of effective solutions in support of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom databases and processes
  • Provide advanced database design support to the organization
  • Collaborate with other IS teams on best practices of database design and development
  • Develop ETL processes for moderate to advanced activities
  • Analyze business requirements and research and recommend solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of database and ETL development experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, ETL tools, and Visual Studio
  • Advanced abilities in troubleshooting system performance issues and root cause
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with coworkers and leaders
Working Conditions

This position is a remote role, but the employee must reside in one of the listed 9 states. The position may include occasional required or optional travel outside of the workplace.
