Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Smitty's Slices LLC - Marco's Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising store crew and all workstations in day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Store Crew: Lead and motivate store crew to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a Five-Star gold experience by providing exceptional service, quality products, and a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain Store Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and safe for guests and employees.
  • Count Inventory and Manage Supplies: Count inventory daily and manage supplies to ensure that the store is well-stocked and ready for guests.
  • Complete Opening and Closing Duties: Complete all opening and closing duties, including counting cash, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store is secure.
  • Recognize and Resolve Problems: Recognize problems and work promptly to resolve them, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Age and Availability: Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and flexible schedules.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, teammates, and guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count money, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Reliable, prompt, and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Restaurant Experience: Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, with Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain.
