  • Active participation in the further development of existing and future business areas.
  • Support and coordination of cross-departmental projects, as well as taking on own projects.
  • Active support of quality management processes.
  • Independent tracking and support of processes, tasks, milestones, including preparation of protocols, presentations, and evaluations.
  • Collecting relevant information and data, as well as independently creating well-founded decision templates from the fields of Vocational Education, Youth Career Assistance, and Procurement.
  • Analysis of current topics in the fields of Vocational Education and Labor and Social Policy.
  • Participation in committee work, including pre- and post-processing of meetings.
  • Participation in budget, quarterly, and annual planning.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or social sciences, or a corresponding vocational training with additional qualifications.
  • Alternatively, career changers with an economic background.
  • Ideally, experience in the fields of Vocational Education, Youth.
