The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and operational performance across assigned branches. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on achieving sales and net profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management
  • Supervise and coordinate with Branch Managers to ensure sales and operating budgets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, proper safety training, and review fleet condition to meet DOT and OSHA standards.
Sales Management
  • Lead and direct outside sales teams, track success, and hold accountable for new account progress.
  • Identify non-performers, develop written plans of action, and provide regular feedback.
People Development
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and staffing branches, providing guidance and support to Branch Managers.
  • Grow and develop personnel, building a high-performing team and approving compensation changes.
Company Growth
  • Seek new opportunities for branch expansion within the region, conducting market surveys and formulating business plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials management sales.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, product knowledge, and effective communication skills.
