Key Responsibilities

The Leasing & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing all facets of the leasing process, which includes leasing units, preparing lease documentation, and facilitating a seamless move-in experience.
  • Welcoming prospective residents, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and conducting property tours.
  • Processing applications and preparing as well as reviewing lease agreements and renewals.
  • Responding to inquiries via in-person visits, phone calls, and emails, which entails providing leasing information, scheduling appointments, and managing maintenance requests.
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and special reports as directed by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
  • Handling deposits and rental payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor with all clients.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Leasing & Marketing Specialist position will possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A customer service orientation and the capacity to be an effective team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
  • The capability to conduct property tours with clients, which may involve walking the grounds and navigating stairs.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for this role.
