Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and present features and amenities to prospective residents
  • Lease apartments, including securing lease agreements and processing applications for approval
  • Follow up with prospects regarding status and ensure timely completion of leasing activities
  • Input information into computer systems accurately and timely
  • Assist in planning resident functions and gather information about market competition in the area
  • Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Leasing, sales, and closing skills, with competence in the use of standard office equipment
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills, with ability to adapt to change
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with 6 months service industry experience
