Job Summary

">

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team at Negwer Materials. This role involves selling our full line of distribution products to customers via phone and counter sales, while maximizing profits through knowledge, customer service, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Determines customer needs and recommends appropriate products and solutions">
  • Accepts payment and applies it to the appropriate customer account">
  • Expedites incoming sales calls, quotes, and inquiries">
  • Assists with counter sales">
  • Arranges product displays and layouts to maximize effectiveness">
  • Reorders products to keep store and warehouse shelves stocked">
  • Assists other Sales Performance Experts with other customers and product lines">
  • Tracks jobs and reports findings to the Vice President of Sales/Location Manager">
  • Cordinates deliveries with dispatch">
  • Tracks and resolves pricing, credit, and delivery issues">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ~1-3 years related experience in construction sales preferred">
  • ~Some college education preferred">
  • ~Ability and desire to learn about new products and services">
  • ~Comfortable with learning and using new technologies">
  • ~Sufficient experience with the Microsoft Office suite">
