Customer Service Representative

Zoetis is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line customer support through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Assess customer information and apply up-selling techniques to effectively satisfy customer needs, meeting departmental and company sales goals.
- Field customer billing inquiries and payment requests, researching and resolving customer questions and concerns regarding statements, invoices, and account balances.
- Facilitate customer returns and manage customer disputes, initiating credits and debits as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on Zoetis products, services, and programs, educating customers on our offerings and following up with additional information as needed.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred; high school diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service-related field required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently, with a positive and outgoing attitude.
