Robo Holdings is looking for a seasoned Project Control Specialist with a background in transportation engineering or construction to spearhead our project controls and scheduling support team. This role is essential for managing services for a key agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation. The position allows for a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite presence in Ashburn, VA for three days a week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated program support team of 3 – 4 Project Control Specialists to execute the Statement of Work (SOW) for a renewable 5-year services contract.
  • Provide project controls and scheduling support for the Eastern region, overseeing projects across over 30 states and Puerto Rico.
  • Lead efforts to develop and implement strategies aimed at addressing challenges and enhancing efficiency and productivity in project controls and scheduling.
  • Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 effectively to manage project controls and scheduling tasks at both program and project levels throughout all project phases.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure compliance with all service level agreements.
  • Generate, analyze, and disseminate reports that provide comprehensive insights to project stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly status updates to various engineering and management personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project controls and scheduling within a large transportation engineering, construction, or public works context.
  • Proficient in using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional or EPPM v21 or higher for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling activities at both project and program levels across all project phases.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Analysis, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and Float Analysis.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE PROCESS
