Robo Holdings is seeking a skilled Project Control Specialist with a background in transportation engineering and construction to oversee our project controls and scheduling support team for a significant contract with a federal agency. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence in Ashburn, VA three days a week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated program support team of 3 – 4 Project Control Specialists to fulfill the Statement of Work (SOW) for a multi-year services contract.
  • Provide project controls and scheduling support for the Eastern region, which encompasses over 30 states and Puerto Rico.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and address challenges in project controls and scheduling.
  • Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 effectively to manage project controls and scheduling tasks across all project phases.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Generate and analyze reports to deliver comprehensive insights to project stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status updates for senior management and various project stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project controls and scheduling within a large-scale transportation engineering, construction, or public works setting.
  • Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 Professional or EPPM v21 or higher for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling activities at both project and program levels throughout all project phases.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Analysis, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and Float Analysis.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must be able to pass the federal government security clearance process.
