Job Summary

We are looking for a Paid Media Strategist to support our SEM team by researching, strategizing, implementing, and optimizing both organic and paid search campaigns for our diverse clients. Your expertise will help maximize online visibility, attract targeted traffic, and significantly impact our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword and targeting research, align goals, discover opportunities, select platforms, analyze markets, and set actionable objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and goals, assess Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), manage cost per conversion, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Evaluate both organic and paid traffic sources, monitor keyword rankings and ad health scores, and ensure alignment across campaigns and platforms.
  • Measure impact, test strategies, adapt to algorithm updates, and maintain keyword synergy while ensuring brand consistency and effective content amplification.
  • Assist with on-site and off-site SEO initiatives for a wide array of clients, and engage with all facets of Paid Media, including PPC, display, remarketing, and social media advertising.
  • Learn and leverage HubSpot as a key tool for implementing comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEM best practices to ensure optimal client results.
Essential Competencies
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video (Youtube), Shopping), Facebook / META
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio
  • Experience with SEMRush
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • Profound understanding of search ranking, optimization factors, and significant algorithm updates.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate expectations clearly to team members and clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to resolve issues and meet campaign delivery goals.
  • Commitment to teamwork, treating colleagues with respect and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Keen eye for improvement opportunities and the ability to propose constructive changes.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, driven by a commitment to excellence and pride in delivering outstanding results.
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges and create actionable solutions.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining focus on core objectives.
  • Expertise in tracking campaign performance across various channels.
Required Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Experience implementing paid media & SEO strategies for B2B organizations preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
