Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Digital Customer Journey: Utilize your expertise in online marketing and content management to ensure optimal visibility for the company and consistently optimize the digital customer journey.
- Online Presence Maintenance: Maintain and further develop the online presence, including creation of image and text content, and ongoing optimization of the customer journey on our websites and those of our franchise partners.
- Content Marketing and SEO: Collaborate closely with our SEO agency to develop and implement content marketing strategies and optimize our online content for search engines.
- Blog Management: Oversee the management of our blog and work closely with copywriters to create engaging and SEO-relevant content.
- Social Media Management: Plan and manage activities and campaigns on social media channels, including issue management, content creation, research and planning, community management, and monitoring.
