Job Title: Mobile Device Management Engineer

Nodal Exchange, a leading derivatives exchange, is seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management Engineer to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, manage, and support mobile devices and their management solution to oversee the lifecycle of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Coordinate the procurement, configuration, and deployment of mobile devices, ensuring they meet company standards and policies.
  • Ensure all mobile devices comply with security policies and procedures, including data encryption, secure access, and regular updates.
  • Provide technical support for mobile device-related issues as well as typical help desk support, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Develop and enforce mobile device usage policies and guidelines to optimize device performance and user experience.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all mobile devices and accessories, tracking asset status, and ensuring timely replacement or repair.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate employees on proper use and care of mobile devices.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and support services.
  • Generate regular reports on mobile device usage, compliance, and incidents to inform management and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology and security to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile device management, including implementation of mobile device management solutions.
  • Proficiency with Mobile Device Management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, JAMF, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
