Job Summary:

The Resident Services Coordinator will provide support to new tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth transition into their homes. This includes assessing their requirements, resolving complaints with the assistance of Property Management, and connecting them with community resources as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outreach to persons in their homes and in the community
  • Serve as liaison between tenants and landlords, while partnering with service agencies
  • Assist in the delivery of New Sunrise Properties and other landlord tenant services
  • Collaborate with service agencies such as mental health organizations and homeless shelters, coordinating assistance for eligible applicants
  • Conduct regular inspections of units and grounds to ensure cleanliness and identify maintenance issues
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without constant oversight or monitoring
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks
  • Comfort in interacting with individuals of varying independence and social skills
