About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced User Researcher to join our team at Aquent and help shape the future of AI-powered chat and copilot systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct User Research: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Analyze User Data: Analyze user interaction logs, including chat transcripts and copilot usage data, to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage Large Language Models: Utilize large language models to extract valuable signals from natural language interactions, such as user intent, satisfaction, and areas of confusion.
  • Evaluate System Performance: Assess the effectiveness of AI-powered chat and copilot systems in meeting user needs and providing a positive user experience.
  • Provide Insights: Collaborate with product teams to communicate research findings and provide actionable recommendations for product development and improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and user research methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in user research, preferably with a focus on AI and chatbot technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience working with large language models and natural language processing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate research findings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for improving user experiences and driving innovation in AI.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with user experience design or product management.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
