Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Care Specialist to join our team at Harmony Home Health. This is a PRN position that offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Job Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing expert care and support to help them reach their full potential. You will assess patients' physical, functional, cognitive, and communication levels, develop plans of care, and provide evidence-based direct intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and abilities
  • Develop individualized plans of care to meet patients' unique needs
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with patients' healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Current CPR with BLS card
  • Valid driver's license, at least state minimum auto insurance, and an operational vehicle
