Cyber Security Officer (CSO) Position
Serving as the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for administering ACLC's network and implementing data security measures to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 Rev 2 and DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer ACLC's network, including inventory, configuration, and management of devices, hardware, and software associated with business operations.

• Develop and implement controls and security measures to safeguard ACLC's systems and data.

• Review, maintain, and update ACLC's Cyber Security Standard Operating Procedures based on DoD guidelines and best practices.

• Recommend processes, procedures, training, software, and hardware to strengthen information security to ACLC Senior Management.

• Continuously monitor ACLC compliance with NIST 800-171 Rev 2 and CMMC requirements.

• Train ACLC employees in cybersecurity best practices and policies to reduce the risk of data theft.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, information technology, computer science, or a closely related field, or Associate's degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cyber security and information assurance with at least 3 years of experience in systems administration in a Windows-based environment.

• Extensive knowledge of computer science and information systems.

• Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts.

• Experience with DoD IT environment and networks desired.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Analytical skills to troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and an ability to conceptualize server infrastructures and configurations.

• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.

• Certification at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements) preferred.
