SQUAN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Construction and/or Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and coordinate various departmental activities with minimal supervision.

This role requires excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with others and managing information. The successful candidate will be professional, organized, able to multitask, and possess strong computer skills including Adobe, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support tasks to ensure project goals are met. These tasks include answering phones, making copies, responding to emails, receiving and logging inventory, compiling reports on Excel, and tracking progress against production sites on wall maps.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working in a construction or related industry. A bachelor's degree and bi-lingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred but not required.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
