Job Summary

The Supervisory RN will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. This includes monitoring the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services provided by our direct care staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating clinical services and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs
  • Conduct scheduled supervisory visits to our clients' homes to ensure quality care services are being provided
  • Monitor the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services provided by our direct care staff
  • Coordinate clinical services and ensure compliance with state-regulated service plan standards
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements
  • Current State of Georgia RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
  • Experience working in Pediatrics and/or with pediatric patients
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB screening
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to outlying areas
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Adequate computer skills and the ability to document information electronically on a tablet device
  • Ability to function independently in a home setting
  • Recognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgrounds
