RN for Home Health Assessments and Supervisory Visits

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Roswell. As a PRN RN, you will be responsible for conducting new client assessments and 90-day supervisory visits in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site supervisory visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical caregivers, and complete follow-up documentation.
- Perform supervisory home visits to each client's residence at least every 90 days, or as needed.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations, as well as professional standards within the state of practice.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor consistent with registered nurse standards of practice.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in nursing from a state-accredited RN program.
- RN licensure in designated states as appropriate.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
- Clinical or other work experience as per state and/or federal laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Ability to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
- Ability to sit and climb stairs.
- Ability to have visual and hearing acuity.
- Ability to have a strong sense of smell and touch.
- Ability to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance.
- Ability to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport.
- Occasional rapid movement and physical agility in response to the spontaneity of children and those patients with neurological impairment.
Work Environment:
- Ability to function in a wide variety of environments, which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions.
- Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
