Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial consultations with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Draft trust and estate plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Assist in probate and trust administration processes. Maintain open communication with clients and provide exceptional service. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent work experience in trust and estate planning. Paralegal certification or eligibility to become a certified paralegal is preferred. Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents. Proficiency in legal research and staying updated on changes in trust and estate planning laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage directly with clients in a friendly manner. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with trust and estate planning software and technology tools is a plus. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards in the legal profession. A growth mindset and a desire to contribute to the success of our firm.
