We're looking for Inside Sales Agents to join our team at our Akron Headquarters for the 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with NO WEEKENDS required.

You'll enjoy a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for the hours worked during this shift. Plus, there's potential for a $1 raise after 90 days and again after one year, based on performance reviews.

Bonus incentive plan in place on your first day.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Enter customer information accurately into the system.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Data enter customer information into CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Receive and resolve inbound phone calls.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
