Customer Experience Representative

Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout the repair process
- Work collaboratively with customers, insurance providers, and our repair team to ensure efficient and effective repairs
- Develop and maintain accurate records, including DRP assignments, estimates, and repair appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers, informing them of repair progress, estimated completion times, and any changes or updates
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (auto body repair industry an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
