**Competitive Compensation**
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Classic Collision also provides benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
**Job Description**
This Customer Experience Specialist will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the repair process. Responsibilities include explaining and educating customers on repair processes, maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements, coordinating rental car/tow companies, and ensuring vehicles are delivered to customers by assigned service advisors or designated backup teammates. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organization and multi-tasking abilities.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have previous experience in customer service or sales, and possess a valid driver's license. You should also be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
