Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in fostering alumni engagement and securing financial contributions to the institution by overseeing the alumni association's initiatives; facilitating communication; and orchestrating events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivates the alumni network by ensuring ongoing communication with former students and graduates.
- Keeps the alumni community informed through the creation of newsletters and other publications.
- Fosters a sense of community among alumni by organizing events; coordinating regional and national gatherings; and promoting visibility for these occasions.
- Sustains alumni involvement by advocating for their support of institutional initiatives; recruiting their assistance in student recruitment and fundraising efforts.
- Enhances operational effectiveness by analyzing, assessing, and refining processes; implementing necessary improvements.
- Gathers insights by collecting, evaluating, and summarizing alumni-related data and trends.

- Elevates the reputation of the alumni department and organization by taking initiative in fulfilling new and diverse requests; seeking opportunities to enhance job performance.
